The crane modifications consisted of the following:

  • Raising two cranes 20 feet (6.1 meters) and extended their booms so the cranes could handle one additional container on vessels

  • Replacing the trolley rails on three cranes

  • Skidding back four cranes for realignment along the dock

Trolley rails being replaced using GRT Specialized platform that rolls along existing rails while replacing the existing rails with new rail.
