Crane Raise Lifting Frame

Global Rigging & Transport Delivers complete heavy lifting and rigging solutions for a range of projects around the world.

Global Rigging & Transports Lifting Frame is designed to raise the upper assemblies of container cranes weighing as much as 1800-tons 35 feet (10.7 meters).  The lifting frame is set up on the waterside and landside sill beams so the loads from raising the crane are transmitted through the sill beams, to the traveling systems and into the dock rail beams.  As with all GRT equipment, the system is designed so that all components of the Lifting Frame fit inside standard shipping containers for easy shipment worldwide.  The system also incorporates a wind restraint system that can resist category 1 hurricane force winds (120 MPH).  The wind restraint system can be installed in regions prone to thunderstorms and micro burst.
