GRT believes it is essential that each project is well planned to ensure safety and success. Safety is fundamental to the success of any our projects and integrated into all planning, lifting, rigging and transport. We operate to the highest safety standards and deliver results safely, on time, and on budget. 

We, at Global Rigging & Transport consider the personal health and safety of each of our employees to be of primary importance. Our objective is to conduct our business in the safest possible manner consistent with good construction practices and applicable safety legislation.

Global Rigging & Transport Health and Safety Program

Our program dedicates the necessary personnel and resources to provide:

  1. personal protective equipment and physical safeguards for the protection of all personnel;
  2. education and training of personnel in good health and safety practices;
  3. establishment and enforcement of rules and regulations which must be adhered to by all employees as a condition of employment;
  4. incentive rewards to personnel for achieving excellence in working safety;
  5. regular safety and health inspections for every project to identify and eliminate unsafe work conditions;
  6. for investigating and recording every accident in a prompt, thorough manner in order that lessons can be learned and unsafe practices eliminated;
  7. a modified work program to minimize lost time caused by work place injures and conditions.
Global Rigging and Transport Health and Safety Program

Management, supervisors and the employees share the responsibility for health and safety. Management accepts the role of leadership of the Program and for providing the necessary safeguards to ensure safe conditions. Our supervisors are responsible for communicating and directing our employees so that all operations are performed with the utmost regard to the safety and health of all personnel. Employees must provide their whole-hearted cooperation for the Health and Safety Program, including compliance with all rules and regulations and for continually practicing safety.

 It is only through the proper attitude toward health and safety by all parties that we can achieve success with this program.
